More flexible

The name says it all: our service is flexible. At Thrombosis Flex Care, patients can choose from 3 ways to have their INR value checked. Of course with the necessary support from our professional

dosing team. The mobile service: we go to the patient to measure. At home, in a healthcare institution or at the workplace. Measurement at one of the LabdeMed puncture centers: the puncture assistant passes on the INR value to our dosing team via the online patient portal. Sign up patients

Patients are always registered via the attending physician. So patients cannot directly register with FTC. The treating physician registers the patient by downloading the intake form on this website and sending it digitally to FTC. We then contact the patient by telephone and make an appointment for an intake interview. During this appointment we explain our working method and the use of the patient portal.

The registration of healthcare institutions proceeds as follows: the management reports the healthcare institution to us via our form or by telephone, after which a contract is drawn up. Online patiëntenportaal

Patients who use FTC’s services receive a personal digital thrombosis file that is accessible 24/7 via the online patient portal. This file contains, for example, the measured INR values and the dosing schedule that can be downloaded and printed. The patient can also indicate whether he/she has had the flu or suffers from other medical complaints. Major procedures at the dentist are also important to mention.

Entering the INR values is done by our team members, the patients themselves or by their healthcare providers. If necessary, the treating physician can view this file, provided he/she has received permission from the patient. It is extremely important that the digital file is always up-to-date, so that action can be taken quickly in the event of any complications.
