This dossier will contain all relevant information about your condition and treatment plan and is only be accessible to yourself and the TFC dosing advisors. All INR values and your dosage schedule will be kept in this dossier and are downloadable and printable for easier access. You can also alert your dosing advisor about your condition, illnesses, other medications, or medical treatments, as these can affect your schedule and treatment.

Your digital dossier is accessible 24/7 for you and the TFC dosage team. If necessecary you can give your GP or doctor access using your personal login. This can be very usefull if there has to be a quick response to any complications outside office hours or during the weekend.

Sign-up and usage

During our first visit our nurse will sign you up for the portal. You will receive a confirmation email including your username and an autogenerated password which you can change immediately. Our nurse will then help you fill in the details and will show you how to use the portal.
