After registering with TFC, you can enter the data of your patients yourself via the assisted care portal. The entered data is clearly arranged per patient and accessible with a login code.
INR-values input
Entering the INR values is done on site by our dosing team. Within a few hours the new dosing schedule is ready in the Electronic Patient Dossier (EPD). For example, with different physicians on duty, an up-to-date file is always available and, if necessary, rapid action can be taken in the event of complications.
