Entering the INR values is done on site by our dosing team. Within a few hours, your dosing schedule will be available in the Electronic Patient Dossier (EPD). An up-to-date file is always available to all on-call physicians in the event of an emergency so rapid action can be taken with all necessary information immediately provided.
